Most dust in a house rides through the ducts, and most companies never show you what they found. We do, with a camera, a photo set and a plain-language note on what we cleaned.

Homes with more than 20 vents, or ducts with mould or pest damage, are quoted after a camera visit. We will never raise a quoted price on the day.

Questions about price, time and mess
Straight answers to what homeowners ask us most before booking.
How much will it cost before you arrive?
We quote a flat price over the phone from your vent count and home size. That price is what you pay, plus tax, unless you add a service on the day.
How long does a visit take?
Most homes take three to four hours with two technicians. Larger homes or ones with a dryer vent added can run a little longer, and we tell you when we book.
Will it make a mess in my house?
No. We cover floors and furniture, run the suction through a sealed hose, and wipe down every vent cover before we leave.
Do I need to be home?
An adult needs to be there at the start for the walk-through and at the end for sign-off. You do not need to stay in the room while we work.
How often should ducts be cleaned?
Every three to five years suits most homes. Pets, renovation dust or allergies in the house shorten that, and the camera inspection shows where you stand.
What is not included in the price?
We do not repair damaged ducts or remove mould, which need a separate quote. If we find either, we stop, show you the photos and explain your options.
